As well as wet chemical analysis our Quality Services Laboratory offers a service to control and improve production processes. Guidelines from the quality control system 'Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)' state that compound feed manufacturers should periodically test their laboratories.

Hygiene
Our Quality Services Laboratory has experience with Labcode and performs all analyses with accreditation from the RvA. When samples are analysed in our Laboratory, a report is created which documents the results of the analysis, the temperature reading during sample taking and the observations made at the factory by the sampler.

Carry Over
The quality control system (GMP) mandates that compound feed manufacturers specify the carry over of production lines. Our Quality Services Laboratory can execute, in two different ways, the determined procedure at your plant.
